Join us for our second B4 Lunch (Brown Bags to Building Bridges) event of the year, featuring the Town of Apex’s Department of Organizational Excellence! This interactive session offers a behind-the-scenes look at how the town is strengthening internal operations to better serve our community.
Through a conversational presentation, attendees will gain insight into how the Department of Organizational Excellence supports Town departments through continuous improvement initiatives, staff development, and organizational strategy.
